3/4 cup chopped avocado
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
(3Tbsps crumbled blue cheese) I will not use this
1 medium tomato, chopped
6 romaine leaves, shredded (I'll probably use salad mix)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsps honey
1 1/2 tsps dijon mustard
1 garlic clove (I'll probably use minced garlic)
1 Tbsps olive oil
6 #LiveGFree #GlutenFree wraps, warmed

*In a small bowl, combine chicken, avocado, bacon, (bleu cheese) and tomato
*In another small bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, mustard & garlic; whisk in the oil
*Pour over the chicken mixture, toss to coat.
*Divide romaine between wraps; top with 2/3 cup chicken mixture.
*Roll up. Yield 6 servings

Unfortunately  even with Archie's being open, my food afflictions will not allow  me to enjoy those old time favorites. Luckily, converting is what I do and that's what this site is about so I  will switch some things  around and see how it turns out! The recipe below is just ONE of my all time favorites, please enjoy! Memories of a signature blue-and-white, string-tied cake box filled with a streusel coffee cake, hot cross buns, stick
