#Dinner came out fantabulously (yes I made that word up!) It's been awhile so I made #Tuna Patties, #rice, and #broccoli. The Lil Chef literally inhaled it so it's safe to say it's kid approved!
It's SO Simple to make. I used three cans of canned (GF) tuna in water - drained, one whole diced onion, one egg, 3 (kitchen) tablespoons of GF flour, salt, pepper, garlic pepper salt, california blend garlic pepper, & cajun seasoning... ta da! I always saute' my broccoli & I like my rice sticky! Oh yea, I had to top it off with a little plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt! :-)
