                                                           The Star of the day!!!!

Tuna Melt for Breakfast

I have been wanting to make this forever! What better time to make it but on my Birthday!!! This recipe actually turned out better than I expected. I did skip a step, I was pressed for time but it turned out fine. I did not put it in the oven as directed.

My Birthday decorations went up on the 25th and are still up lol!

What do I want every year for my Birthday? Lamb! I caught this one sale at Aldi a little while ago and froze it.

The marinade is very important!!!! Let it sit overnight!

This time I decided to brown it before I put it in the oven.

Smashed Potatoes! This was interesting!

Voila!!!! Very good! actually I should have cooked it just a little less.

The Lil Chef's Dinner she didn't want lamb.

THIS WAS AMAZING!!!!! WAY TO GO DAIYA! I LOVE LOVE LOVE CHEESECAKE AND I COULDN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE. THIS WAS BETTER THAN SEVERAL "REAL" CHEESECAKES I'VE HAD. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS!!!

I ADDED CHERRIES!!!

ME & MY BIRTHDAY CAKE!!!

I have  always remembered the cookies and doughnuts from this magical bakery. Their products were like nothing I had ever had before (and it was extra  magical because I was so little/young) I have been searching for about 30 years for something similar - no luck... but, thank goodness there are a few recipes floating around the internet! Unfortunately  even with Archie's being open, my food afflictions will not allow  me to enjoy those old time favorites. Luckily, converting is what I do and that's what this site is about so I  will switch some things  around and see how it turns out! The recipe below is just ONE of my all time favorites, please enjoy! Memories of a signature blue-and-white, string-tied cake box filled with a streusel coffee cake, hot cross buns, stick
