Crispy Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

CRISPY Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings! FOUR ingredients, so much FLAVOR! Double the batch, they go FAST!
Crispy Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
Ingredients
  • 4 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil (sunflower oil/olive oil/coconut oil)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (Smart Balance)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon-pepper seasoning (try to make sure It's GF, no MSG)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Toss chicken wings and oil. Place wings on a wire rack set on a baking sheet, taking care not to crowd wings. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove wings from oven. Mix melted butter and lemon-pepper seasoning and brush liberally onto wings (stir butter mixture as you go to make sure you have plenty of seasoning for each wing).
  4. Place on platter and serve immediately.

I found this on Pinterest. Several things I do miss about being allergy free. So happy they can be duplicated at home Make sure the minced onions are JUST onions. I personally would use kosher salt. Use raw sugar. Instead of sour cream use 0% greek yogurt.

This is nice and uncomplicated! You know the only thing I'd change is the salt and make it kosher, other than that this recipe is clean. I haven't made it yet but I will the next time I need taco sauce! Homemade things are better!
