Sweet Baby Ray's INGREDIENTS3 oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce3 oz. Ken’s® Supreme Blue Cheese Dressing (I would eliminate this completely, if you can have this, be my guest)½ cup Cheddar & Jack Cheese, shredded (Dairy free, Daiya)2 tablespoons red onion, sliced3 oz. chicken, grilled, sliced2 tablespoons Blue Cheese, crumbled (I would eliminate this completely, if you can have this, be my guest)1 tablespoon celery, chopped1 tablespoon green onion, chopped1  flatbread dough 4x12  (refer to my no yeast pizza doughpost) DIRECTIONSTop the flat bread with the Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce getting ¼ inch from each side. Philip | Southern Fatty INGREDIENTS1 small-medium rotisserie chicken, shredded1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Vidalia Onion Barbecue Sauce1 recipe of pizza dough or store-bought dough for one pizza (canned even works well) (GF/YF Pizza dough)2-3 oz. goat cheese / chèvre, crumbled3-4 radishes, sliced (thinly for less crispness, thicker for more crunch)baby arugula, to finishbalsamic vinegar, optional, to finish DIRECTIONSHeat grill, preferably charcoal. If using gas, turn on one side to medium/high heat. If charcoal, heat coals and then spread all coals to one side, or to a ring, leaving the center without coals. You want to cook over indirect heat to prevent burning.Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal pieces.Press each out into a still somewhat thick, flatbread shape.Have all ingredients ready to apply.Lightly oil grill grates to prevent sticking.
