BUFFALO CHICKEN FLATBREAD

READY IN 15-29 MINUTES SERVES 2 PEOPLE SKILL LEVEL EASY Contributed By: Sweet Baby Ray's INGREDIENTS 3 oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce 3 oz. Ken’s® Supreme Blue Cheese Dressing (I would eliminate this completely, if you can have this, be my guest) ½ cup Cheddar & Jack Cheese, shredded (Dairy free, Daiya) 2 tablespoons red onion, sliced 3 oz. chicken, grilled, sliced 2 tablespoons Blue Cheese, crumbled  (I would eliminate this completely, if you can have this, be my guest)   1 tablespoon celery, chopped 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped 1  flatbread dough 4x12   (refer to my    no yeast pizza dough   post) DIRECTIONS Top the flat bread with the Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce getting ¼ inch from each side. Top the sauce evenly with the cheddar & jack cheese, grilled chicken and blue cheese crumbles. Bake at 425 F until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted. ROTISSERIE CHICKEN BBQ FLATBREAD READY IN 30-60 MINUTES SERVES 4 PEOPLE SKILL LEVEL MEDIUM Contributed By: Philip | Southern Fatty INGREDIENTS 1 small-medium rotisserie chicken, shredded 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Vidalia Onion Barbecue Sauce 1 recipe of pizza dough or store-bought dough for one pizza (canned even works well) ( GF/YF Pizza dough ) 2-3 oz. goat cheese / chèvre, crumbled 3-4 radishes, sliced (thinly for less crispness, thicker for more crunch) baby arugula, to finish balsamic vinegar, optional , to finish DIRECTIONS Heat grill, preferably charcoal. If using gas, turn on one side to medium/high heat. If charcoal, heat coals and then spread all coals to one side, or to a ring, leaving the center without coals. What You'll Need 1 box Immaculate Baking Co.™ Gluten Free sugar cookie mix 1/2 cup butter, very soft but not melted (Smart Balance) 1 tablespoon water 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla 1 egg 36 gluten-free caramels, unwrapped (from 14-oz bag) (Dairy Free Caramel) 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream ( http://www.godairyfree.org/dairy-substitutes/how-to-substitute-cream) 2 oz (4 squares) 60% cacao bittersweet chocolate, melted (N on-Dairy) 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt (Kosher salt)   35 mins prep time     2/20 hrs / mins total time     36 servings Directions 1   Heat oven to 350°F.
