Taco Salad with Creamy Cilantro Dressing

PREP 15 MIN COOK N/A YIELD 4-6 Ingredients salad: 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce 1 15 oz. can of Black Beans, rinsed and drained 1 Bell Pepper, orange or yellow 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes 2 C. Frozen Corn, thawed 5 Green Onions 1 Avocado, diced dressing: 1 C. Cilantro, stems removed and roughly chopped ½ Avocado ½ C.  So Delicious Dairy Free Plain Coconut Milk Yogurt Alternative 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice, more to taste 1-2 Garlic Cloves ¼ C. Olive Oil 1 1/2 tsp. White Wine Vinegar 1/8 tsp. Salt I would probably make extra, I love extra sauce! tortilla crisps: 2-3 Corn Tortillas (or flour if not making gluten-free) (I will personally use Gluten Free Corn Chips) 1/4 C. Olive Oil Directions To Prep the Salad and Dressing: Blend all ingredients for the dressing in a food processor until smooth. Finely chop the fresh veggies. Drain and rinse the beans. VEGAN RICE PAPER BACON STRIPS

I am very interested in trying this! I do like Bacon but more recently I haven't been feeling too well when I eat it. If this works I will definitely switch!  Looks real. Tastes real. 100% plant based. Try this as a substitute the next time you cook bacon! 25 min Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 35 min Total Time Ingredients 8 rice paper wrappers 2 Tbsp oil - coconut or olive oil 3.5 Tbsp  organic tamari  - for soy free use  coconut aminos 4.5 Tbsp  nutritional yeast .5 tsp  liquid smoke .5 Tbsp maple syrup (this only gives a slight sweetness to round out the flavors, but you can feel free to omit or reduce it) 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 1/8 tsp paprika OPTIONAL: balsamic vinegar, for marbling effect if desired (I would love the marbling but I do not like Balsamic Vinegar. I think I'll try it at least once though) Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Whisk together all ingredients except rice paper (and optional balsamic) until well combined.

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I posted a similar recipe back in October of 2015 and my dietary issues have changed so much so I am redoing this recipe; #1 because I've majorly been craving it and #2 to accommodate my diet. Let's try this again, this time Vegetarian and of course naturally Gluten Free. Homemade GF "Cheddar Bay Biscuits"

I made "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" for the first time. I have wanted to make these forever! I used a combination of two recipes (the links are down below), I'll show what I combined: Gluten-Free Sun-Dried Tomato-Cheddar-Chive Biscuits AT A GLANCE PREP 15 mins. to 20 mins. BAKE 15 mins. to 20 mins. TOTAL 30 mins. to 40 mins.
