I have been procrastinating for a couple of years (seriously) with making Irish soda bread. My mom gave me a recipe or 2 and I have like 5-6 different versions pinned on Pinterest. I think this recipe is finally simple enough for me to feel comfortable to make. I'm seriously hoping this will help in my efforts to reduce my yeast intake.
