What I ate for Lunch 2 weeks ago.

I had to get a little creative this particular week, #1 because everyone gets tired of eating the same old things and #2 I had opened the Sour Cream and I didn't want it to go bad.

Monday - Veggie Chips from Sensible Portions: Sour Cream and Onion and Harvest Snaps: Tomato Basil & Black Pepper
Tuesday - Chili Lime Chicken Burger from Trader Joes on a Live G Free wrap
Wednesday - Red and Black Beans made with Italian Sausage and pico de Gallo over Brown Rice I tested the Follow Your Heart Vegan sour cream on this and it was pretty good
Thursday - Amish Country Rainbow Blend Popcorn with Smart Balance and seasonings
Friday - The end of the Red and Black Beans and Brown Rice with the last of the vegan sour cream
Of course, everything was Gluten Free and Dairy Free!

I have  always remembered the cookies and doughnuts from this magical bakery. Their products were like nothing I had ever had before (and it was extra  magical because I was so little/young) I have been searching for about 30 years for something similar - no luck... but, thank goodness there are a few recipes floating around the internet! Unfortunately  even with Archie's being open, my food afflictions will not allow  me to enjoy those old time favorites. Luckily, converting is what I do and that's what this site is about so I  will switch some things  around and see how it turns out! The recipe below is just ONE of my all time favorites, please enjoy! Memories of a signature blue-and-white, string-tied cake box filled with a streusel coffee cake, hot cross buns, stick
