Written - 1/9/23 7:05pm - Like Seriously?! I thought I couldn't keep up or I didn't have my life together prior to The Holidays/ The New Year! Boy! was I wrong!!! I don't make resolutions because they're pretty much promises we make to ourselves. I am awful at keeping promises! Not because I'm a bad person - I actually have legitimate reasons, but that doesn't matter, a broken promise, is a broken promise, right?!
Anywho, I told myself I was going to get my s**t together! I'm working with, partnered with, and affiliated with, (however, you want to swing it) I feel like way too many people to not make ANY money...Ok, there's LITTLE money & I mean minuscule, Not enough to pay bills or buy food.
LET'S PAUSE! I'M NOT COMPLAINING! LET'S NEVER GET THAT TWISTED! I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO EVERY COMPANY THAT HAS REACHED OUT TO WORK WITH ME!
The point is that I feel like I need to be more organized so that I can utilize my time more efficiently. Make time work for me instead of having my hand in so many pots that NOTHING is getting done! I had it ALL planned out... I was going to take a little break from my usual IG stuff (that I was not keeping up with) and have my daughter help edit all the 10,000 videos I've been making (that you guys know nothing about) and start to put them out there during my recovery from my surgery. Oh how that TOTALLY DID NOT HAPPEN like that! I had my surgery - it hurt like hell! I blinked, my daughter got really sick from being around her friend, then I got sicker (I came home from the hospital sick. I don't know what the hell that was. I had all types of breathing problems, my blood oxygen was low, and I couldn't shake this cough I had. I had to use a spirometer on a regular basis and check my SpO2 on my watch constantly once I got home - it was crazy!) Anyway, I had to put my recovery on hold to take care of my daughter, and in turn, I caught what she had.
Now, I have a crap ton of Chronic Illnesses - hence the name "Spoonie Mom Adventures". I feel like crap pretty much every day but I don't catch colds and viruses and things of that nature anymore. This hit me and I felt like I was going to die! I haven't felt that type of "bad" in years! All I could remember thinking was "I don't want to feel like this AGAIN! EVER!!!" There's also something going on with my knee/ leg and my joints right now. I don't have time to focus on that - oh, and I found another lump in my breast ( I had one removed when I was a teenager.)
But still, I say all of that, to say I'm ridiculously irritated with myself because I have not gotten it together enough to advertise, promote, blog, vlog, or post almost anything! OR am I being too hard on myself?
I was able to put something up on IG from Parade, I will link it of course, Cozi, I managed to get something out for them. I'll see if I can find a link for this platform, it's not so easy sharing info for them unless you see my FB or Twitter posts. Other than that - wait! I started The Vision Board Course through Lovet Planners, and I posted that. Ok! now, - other than that, I haven't done much besides the 10 billion videos I can't seem to get my daughter to edit and publish!
I'm so overwhelmed but I feel like I'm doing nothing and I don't have the right to be overwhelmed! I just want to sit down at my desk, and do my newfound routine (what I'm trying to get started.) Either eat or do my reflection journal, abundance journal, or affirmations and pull from my company jar (to see what I'm working on for the day - Planned spontaneity) and treat the rest of my day like a corporate "work day"! Somehow it NEVER goes that way!
So far, I'm doing better with the reflection journal than I thought - I'm proud of myself! (I got it at 5 below). I'm keeping up with the (Abundandance) Affirmation journal - kinda (I have a link for that.)

1/13/23 10:44pm - Ok! let's not talk ask what happened the other day! I feel like THE worst person! This post should've been up ages ago! I am having THE hardest time focusing lately - yes! it's part of fibromyalgia, yes! it's part of being chronically stressed amongst other things but, I can't deal with it!
With me not being able to focus and not being able to put out the posts as fast as I want whether it's a blog or social media post; I should NOT actively be accepting NEW offers from companies...
Well... Another company did reach out this morning. I responded and have yet to hear back from them, so we will see. My daughter was a little jealous 😂 because they didn't reach out to her. I'll keep you updated on that venture.
I will say this! I'm not sure about other people, but I see each & EVERY like, comment, & follow! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! You all are my motivation to blog again. I had given up. I didn't think I could do it anymore. I felt like I was talking to myself on a public platform, & for a long time, I was, especially on my other blog on WordPress. And on here, I've been gone so long that all of my regulars vanished into thin air. So again, Thank you for making me feel like I have something interesting to say!
