I'm Back - AGAIN!

3/12/22
4:33pm
I uploaded a new blog post on WordPress today for the first time in forever! I will update you guys as well. Yes, I have officially lost my mind and I'm bringing back both blogs. Of course this is one is predominantly food, so you guys know what it is. Like I mentioned on my other blog, the style of the posts will NOT be the same! I stressed myself out WAY too much in the past. I really want to avoid the same mistakes.
I have some "Brand Deal" type situations going on so the posts that pertain to food will live here. I will have situations that will overlap. Again, I did mention this to my other audience, please feel free to read 📖 my other blog as well. If one is enough (I understand) and the other has food related content, I will link that particular post.
This is a reintroduction post. I have 3 definite ideas for this blog. In the meantime, please give my newest post on my other site a read to get caught up a little bit. I will be getting my ducks 🦆 🦆🦆 in a row & back to you all as soon as I possibly can!
"See you soon!"

Hough Bakery - butter cookies

Hough Bakery By  Gail Greenberg   &   Diane Rolfe Hough Bakery was an integral  part of me and my family's lives, (most people in Cleveland for that matter) I was heartbroken when they closed. I have  always remembered the cookies and doughnuts from this magical bakery. Their products were like nothing I had ever had before (and it was extra  magical because I was so little/young) I have been searching for about 30 years for something similar - no luck... but, thank goodness there are a few recipes floating around the internet! Unfortunately  even with Archie's being open, my food afflictions will not allow  me to enjoy those old time favorites. Luckily, converting is what I do and that's what this site is about so I  will switch some things  around and see how it turns out! The recipe below is just ONE of my all time favorites, please enjoy! Memories of a signature blue-and-white, string-tied cake box filled with a streusel coffee cake, hot cross buns, stick
