I SERIOUSLY have to get back on the ball! I will not take you back through the complete back story but long story short... I was beyond sick gained over 100lbs. I started drinking Alkaline Water (I have a Kangen Machine from Enagic) started changing the way I ate, eventually was able to start exercising on my own in addition to physical therapy...later on water therapy as well. I didn't get it all the way together until my EX fiance said something that I didn't quite like and I lost in total about 150lbs. I have gained back about 30lbs from my smallest weight so I think it's time to try to lose a little weight again and modify my eating once more. (depression and stress are a deadly combination and have a huge effect on your weight/health)
