I like smoothies and detox drinks but they all tend to be sweet and I'm not really a sweets person so I'd have to do these in moderation. [ I forgot I have Candida (more GI issues) as well which means I shouldn't have any form of sugar anyway....easier said than done. ]
Join The Lil Chef and Myself on our "Food Adventures"!
