Dairy & Egg free Caesar Salad Dressing

  • Diary & Egg Free Ceaser Dressing
  • Excuse the spelling of Caesar, this is not my recipe, (She not I)  tossed together a few ingredients to make a quick salad dressing, it turned out super yummy! It’s a great substitute for ceaser dressing for those of us who are need to avoid Dairy and Eggs!
    In your blender combine:
  • 1/4c Organic Olive Oil
  • 2 Anchovy Filets
  • Juice from 1/2 an Organic Lemon
  • 1 Large Garlic Clove
  • 1/2t Organic Dijon Mustard
  • 1/8t Celtic Sea Salt + a few grinds of fresh black pepper (kosher salt)
Blend everything together until smooth, drizzle over your salad and toss to lightly coat. Will yield about 1/3c of dressing.

This is nice and uncomplicated! You know the only thing I'd change is the salt and make it kosher, other than that this recipe is clean. I haven't made it yet but I will the next time I need taco sauce! Homemade things are better!
