I decided to stay up and bake all night friday! I made the blueberry muffin recipe that i posted not too long ago from Bob's Red Mill. I usually don't make too many things from complete scratch (due to my health) but i'm glad i found the energy! I made more banana bread but!... I ran out of raw sugar so i improvised with agave syrup and that was to say the least "interesting". The banana bread didn't rise as much with the agave, that was a nice little science experiment. The Lil Chef really wanted me to make her the last of the Live G Free banana muffins, so i did. I've been away from them for awhile so the taste was just a little too artificial for me this time around but she loves and that's all that counts.
