Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. Gluten Free Flour Blend
1 Tbs. raw sugar
1 Tsp. baking powder
1/2 Tsp. baking soda
1/2 Tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. ginger (I would leave this out, The Lil Chef can't eat it)
1/4 Tsp. nutmeg
3/4 C. pumpkin puree
1/2 ripe banana
1 C. So Delicious Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Coconut Milk
1/2 Tsp. vanilla
1 Tbs. sunflower oil
I would more than likely add raisins to this recipe.
Directions:
Mix the dry, mix the wet, add together and make like you would any other pancakes. (I'm paraphrasing again.)
Makes:
8-10 pancakes (aprox)
